I trained in hypnotherapy with one of the top hypnotherapists in the field (Janis Ericson) at the Lightwork Seminars institute in Northern California, supplementing my CH with over 140 hours of in-depth work at the Academy of Coaching and NLP. I'm currently certified by both the National Guild of Hypnotists and the Society for Neurolinguistic Programming and I hold a B.A. from Oberlin College.

Do you know that feeling that you have, when you're very first drifting awake in the morning, and you're not quite fully in your dream anymore but not quite fully conscious either?
