This clinic is honestly the slowest one I've ever been to, I've been here twice with my four month old son whom they had here for over three hours just for vaccines. The first time my son was two months old naked and crying for over and hour and a half crying until he was even seen. I will not be coming back here ever again.

Laura Salcedo the receptionist at pomona valley hospital in Pomona is the most nicest person i have met. She always helps me with appointments or any questions I have. The minute you walk in there shes always smiling and she takes the time to remember your name. Currently being pregnant she always ask if im ok or if I need anything the minute I check in for my appointment. I have been to a lot of doctors offices and trust me this is the best customer service I have ever received. Laura is so kind and friendly. Shes truly the best!!

The staff is ridiculously unprofessional they take their sweet time who leaves a newborn outside for an hour and 35 minutes that's ridiculous the nurses and the LVN's you can't understand a word of English they are saying they don't speak no English at all and the nurses switch up stories and put words in your mouth that you did not even say very very unprofessional very unhappy and unsatisfied with this location and their service

I made an appointment cause I was having some heart issues. I get a referral to a cardiologist that doesn't take my insurance. I try to go back in to get a different referral but they will not let me and say I have to call. I stand outside and call literally 20 times and no one answers. Finally, someone comes back out and gives me a different referral. Guess what, they take my insurance either. If I could give half a star to match their half-a** customer service I would. I moved from Georgia all by myself in February and have been needing to see a doctor for almost a year now due to IUD issues and an ovarian cyst. I have been struggling to find a place to go to and finally got an appointment. I left work in downtown LA at 2 pm and due to traffic on the way to chino hills I was 10 minutes late. This is my primary care provider. This review has been long over due. I'll start with phone lines, it's really hard to ever get through to make an appointment. Sometimes I have called and they place me on hold and forget. The facility how ever is in a nice , calm area and easy to find. The receptionists at the front are always gossiping, never attentive to the guest. I have been seen by doctors here and they truly don't care about their patients. Tho clinic provides friendly quality care from the time I was pregnant up until my sons first birthday I always felt confident when visiting the practice is ALWAYS clean including the bathrooms . I never waited more than 30 minutes past my appointments which I appreciate, dr. Oladapo was my sons doctor I really felt him and I both connected with her very well so patient and funny she is no longer at this practice and I miss her so much we were referred to other doctors to take her place but no one compares , I have moved so this practice is too far for me to travel especially since dr. I was a the E.R. at Pomona Valley and i was seen by Doctor (hornesty) or something sounding like that. He wouldn't answer me just moved on to another patient's bed and neglected me totally disregarding for wealth being fully knowing it was past due my pain medication and still wouldn't put in the order for it i was horrified how can someone so toughtless could work as a doctor at such at great hospital
