Moody Insurance Group, Inc. (MIG) was founded by American National Life Insurance founder W.L. Moody, Jr.'s great grandson Robert L. Moody, Jr. in 1986. The firm was the first independent agency to be contracted with American National and was responsible for the initiation of brokerage business to the company.
