Customer service is what sets SW spas apart from other spa dealers. They are extremely friendly and willing to accommodate individual needs. We were a couple weeks out from installation and expressed concern. They modified their schedule and moved it up to better met our schedule. Serge and Jeremy were professional, well informed and easy to work with. The installers were efficient and prompt.

My wife and I bought the Latitude spa after shopping around and Serge our salesman showed us all of the great details with it. I had been to 3 other spa places and knew this was the model we wanted. The other places were offering the same one for $2300-$2500 more. From the moment we walked in all the way until delivery we were taken care of. Serge was great with helping us select the right hot tub. He is very knowledgeable and gave us just what we wanted. He gave us a very good price, and everything that we needed was included free of charge. When it was delivered, Emir went above and beyond getting it installed. We have a very high deck, and they were able to get the old tub out and the new one in. He spent a lot of extra time with us and had it all installed and ready to go. The next day I had a couple of questions and Serge was able to talk me through them on the phone. We love our new spa, and we love the team at Southwest Spas

Jeremy and team was extremely helpful and accommodating. My 5 year old spa was leaking and Jeremy hauled it away no charge and sold us a new Dimension One Breeze he had in stock. He always returned my calls and walked us through Spa ownership which was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend Southwest Spas to anyone looking to get a new Spa.

Amazing experience from start to finish!! We were purchasing for a rental we have and we live out of state, so needed to do all this from out of town. From my initial conversation with Serge, I felt at ease and informed. He made the whole process flawless! Sent pictures along the way and included all pricing, nothing hidden. I was nervous it would fit where I was thinking and Jeremy volunteered to go over and measure himself to help! I can’t tell you how helpful that was! From the second we stepped into Southwest Spas we had first class attention. Jeremy spent so much time going over in detail all of the different spas and their own unique features. We ended up selecting the Meridian and we are super happy with it. We couldn't believe how quick everything happened. Purchased this D1 spa, Lotus Bay late last year and have not stopped using it. Multiple people have been in it and love all the features or just like to relax with many seating options. With the maintenance reminders built in it's easy to stay on top of maintenance. Chemicals and filters are no concerns when it's time to relax. Very pleased with the staff and product. 👍

And teach me about the inner workings and Health Benefits of the dimension one spas. Outstanding customer service and follow ups to make sure that I was happy with my purchase (including if I was actually using it) Id give them 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend this location. We contacted Southwest Spas about adding a hot tub to our vacation rental home, we needed some electric and some stone work to be completed. Jeremy put us in contact with both trades and facilitated the entire project. He had a tub in stock that was going to work for us, and has been on top of everything the entire way, especially with us living out of state. Everything was so quick and efficient, and we couldn't be happier!

We needed a spa for my disabled Veteran brother who has terrible nerve pain. I went online and identified several different companies from which to purchase a spa. By far, Southwest Spa's on Country Club in Mesa, AZ, was the most forthcoming and helpful. They sold us a used spa which they had carefully rehabilitated to make sure it was in "like new condition" that was a huge savings over others I had been quoted. Both Jeremy and Serge went above and beyond to make sure we were getting what we needed in such a short period of time that we were soaking at home in just 3 days.

I'm sure the store is great for sales, however... Do not call if you have a question regarding an older spa. I went to the manufacturers website to find what I needed. No luck there so I decided to look up a local dealer. Once I got someone on the phone, I explained What I needed and he immediately pointed me to the website.
