Its amazing after reading all the reviews for the past 4 yes they would fix the apparent communication issues they have, but it doesn't seem to be a priority for the owner. My advice, if you are dead set on going there, go during the week. Do not deal with Tom as he refuses to communicate with his customers. He will not keep you posted as to when you'll get your hot tub, if ever, he will not let you know if there are delay issues, he will not take responsibility to do any of this. And if you call during the week they really don't want to help you if you're Tom's customer

Went in to the Chandler store this morning after receiving an email about a sale they were having. Walked in and were greeted with a, "Do you have an appointment?" We stated we did not, and explained how we had received the email about the sale and the email did not mention an appointment being required. The next comment stated was that, "it's ok, it is 10 minutes until my next appointment, so i have some time."

First let me say, WE LOVE the Endless Pool R200! We've used it everyday except one since it's installation. It's worth every penny in our opinion!
Having said that I WOULDN'T buy a stick of gum from Desert Hot Tubs!!!
After purchasing an Endless Pool in June and having it installed on October 27, 2020 we had a few questions. Dave Pepe all of a sudden had no knowledge on how the product worked. He texted me a number for my service concierge and also stated that Shayne the store manager knew the Endless Pool inside and out. So, I called Shayne the manager and he said

Boy did I luck out. I will make this short. I wanted a spa contacted Desert Hot Tubs "TOM". He told me what a great deal he was going to give me due to a truckload sale. I will admit I was unsure of which spa wanted. He told me about a hero program, but could not tell me how much I would save,"JUST TOP TIER" thought I setup appointment to meet him and show him site. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. I've been dealing with Tom over the last 4 years, but yesterday I was met with Dillon. A young man who appears to you in swimming trunks and a careless attitude. I immediately asked, "Where's Tom?" Dillon responds by a stream of negative comments about Tom, explaining how Tom uses pushy salesmanship to sell tubs and how the owner doesn't want that kind of business. I recently purchased my first hot tub here and was pleasantly surprised at how easy the entire process was. I didn't feel pressured into buying something the moment I walked in and was able to walk freely around, taking my time. The sales representative, Dillon King, was extremely friendly and made himself available for any questions/concerns I may have even AFTER I purchased the hot tub. If you haven't experienced the "chiller" feature then I highly suggest you check it out. We live in a desert and I love that I can set the temp to 80 in the summer. I am totally digging my

Guess I could have saved myself a lot of headaches by looking at the prior reviews. Went in there this morning expecting to purchase a spa for around 15,000. Walked walked in ask the price of a spa. Wow I guess I should have never started that conversation. He laid into me about which 18 different options that I want and his was the best spa ever made if I had to guess he has a God complex. I'm guessing his name was Tom, very sarcastic looked down at me maybe because it looked like I couldn't afford it? I'm sure another Spa company would love my money.

It seems to be a very pleasant business to visit and browse.. Mike, our salesperson was a helpful, no pressure kind of guy. We visited twice before making our purchase for a new Grandee hot tub. Worked out a fair deal for both sides and paid 50% down as it needed to be ordered. Delivery time 3 weeks. I called and spoke with Desert Springs hot tubs the other day, and it now appears to be 5 weeks. I WILL KEEP YOU
