As a Registered Dietitian with a Master's in Nutrition, Mary has been personalizing diet plans for weight loss and health for over 20 years. Mary will interview you to determine your likes, dislikes, allergies and health issues related to diet and goals. Based on this information Mary will customize your Lifestyle Diet Plan for you with foods you like and maybe some new foods you are willing to try.

Mary was able to help me lose the 10 lbs I had been trying to lose for the last 6 years! I had been exercising and getting nowhere . She made it easy. Her approach to education and the why empowered me to make better decisions about my meal plans. She held me accountable and continually checked in with me addressing all of my concerns. I loved my experience working with Mary! I worked with Mary for two months... I truly believe I am the healthiest that I have ever been in my life- from learning which foods to eat to FEEL the best to understanding how to LISTEN to my body and when and HOW to have a splurge when I really crave it- working with Mary has been wonderful!

I am someone who has struggled with weight loss, but I hav been able to change with Mary, whether it is through the detox or her basic lifestyle plan, she has helped me lose weight and reach number I haven't reached in years. I simply can’t say enough about Mary and her guidance through my lifestyle change/ journey. Being 25 in shape I thought my diet discipline was up to par but boy was I wrong. With her knowledge and expertise I have been able to learn new disciplines to aid with the health concerns I had and the goals I wanted to reach. I lost 8lbs during the 2 week detox, met my goal weight of 180 and body fat of 9%. Attentive, caring, and structured are three of the many great things that come to mind to describe Mary. What can I say, Mary is AWESOME!!! My husband and I have learned so much! We started with Mary 2/14/2021. We are 56 and 58 so glad we learned what we have sooner than later!!! :) Mary makes it fun to be healthy! She definitely has your best interest at heart :) always run everything by her first :) I am shy of my goal by 3 pounds and my husband 5 pounds !!
She will always have a special place in our hearts, because without her our health and life would not be as beautiful as it is now. She remains our friend now and always xoxo

Mary was incredible! I have never had a health trainer before, but Mary made it very easy and enjoyable to follow! In just a few weeks I was down 10 lbs and feeling incredible. Mary’s detox helped me feel more energetic and happier overall. Mary's process worked - several small changes delivered big results. I lost 15 lbs and my cholesterol level is much lower. This wasn't a diet, it was a lifestyle change that I can happily live with. I'm eating better and enjoying the food and recipes that I learned on the program. I recommend Mary's approach and coaching for anyone that is motivated to make some changes and enjoys eating good healthy food.

Working with Mary entirely changed my relationship with food. I used to pride myself on ‘not caring’ about food (I’m not a ‘foodie’). What that translated to was that I didn’t take the time and care to nourish my body with real food. Instead, I grabbed packaged foods for convenience, thinking I was being smart by consuming processed protein shakes and bars. Mary introduced me to delicious recipes and foods that made eating healthy enjoyable and made cooking fun. Planning, grocery shopping and cooking certainly take time, but that’s the investment and commitment required for good health
