Matt is a great trainer and creates a fun, friendly environment at his gym. I started off as a beginner with no real experience lifting weights and had never been to a gym before. Matt has helped me tremendously by finding a workout plan that helps me get stronger and creating a varied workout program that never gets boring. I would highly recommend him for anyone that is looking for a trainer.

Matt & Brandi provide the most innovative techniques and will offer advice as well as teach proper methods to ensure you’re getting the most out of your workouts. When I started, I had been working out on my own, but was seeing zero change in my body shape, etc. Since then, I have learned so much from them, and have seen tremendous results If you have fitness goals and are looking to get results, you should give them a try. They are truly the best!!

I don't know how typical it is to write a review before you actually partake of the service but I've heard so much about Matt from a co-worker that I couldn't wait. You see, I'm one of those people who do not exercise. I'm 57 and have refused to fall for this silly exercise craze. Now I have two bad knees and my surgeon has told me flat out that he won't operate on me until I gain some strength. I've been told Matt actually listens to his clients and that he tailors the workouts to bring you from the level you come to him at until you reach the level you need to be. He calls Matt a miracle worker
