My car was broken into on a Saturday evening. Chelsea was beyond helpful and assisted me with my claim. Here we are on Tuesday and I already have received a check for the items lost. I spent approx 30 minutes total on the phone through 2 calls. Seem less. Thank you State Farm for having my back.

I gave you a 1 star because I called this morning about a tree that went through my roof and you had no intention of helping me. You were extremely rude I would absolutely NEVER do business with you. Luckily I called another state farm person and they helped me out and we will be having someone out here to look at our roof through state farm in 24 to 48 hours. You really should learn to treat people with more respect.

In previous experiences (many years ago) I did not have a good experience with state farm. But with my daughters suggestion i signed up with Brian and the experience was fantastic. He is very kind polite and professional. If I were to get another vehicle or need more insurance I would definitely go back to Brian!!

I have been with Bryan Jenkins State Farm for several years now. I have been treated like family from the moment I walked in the door. They know me when I call, they know me when I walk in the door. I broke down on the side of the road the other day and called Bryan he was happy to help me, didn't once act like I was a bother. He even called me later that day to make sure I was OK. I've had other roadside assistance programs but State Farm definitely has them beat. Bryan has always kept me up-to-date on new programs that State Farm has to offer but never once has he ever tried to pressure me into
