They saved my wedding day! I pick up my wedding dresses and the day of realized my veil had not been steamed bu was rather balled up in the scraps from my dress. I called 4 cleaners and Empire Cleaners was the only place that would do it same day! They were so nice and pressed it for me while I waited. 5/5 stars

Terrible, horrible experience. We trusted them to help with one of our high end client's curtains and they shrunk the curtains by 2 ft. These $50,000 custom curtains used to touch the floor and now are weirdly shaped and completely off the floor.
Worse yet, the owner charged me thousands of dollars for this job and refuses to refund me or come out and fix the damage caused. This is one of the most unprofessional and worst services I have experienced. 0/10 stars and will be pursuing legal action as they refuse to answer or respond to my calls.

I ran out of time to do laundry during a week of no days off and a move across town. I decided to give these guys a try, and I am glad I did. Great wash & fold service...timely, easy drop off & pick up, and my clothes look great! Apparently they deliver, too. Kind and professional owner & employees... It was such a stress reliever! I will be back.
