Services
Every garment you bring in receives personal care and attention throughout our multi-step process. We inspect and detail garments to ensure proper preparation and classification for cleaning, professionally remove stains, dry clean, wet clean or hand clean as appropriate to its classification, press and hand finish it.
Most dry cleaners today clean using petrochemical solvents. About 70% use perchloroethylene (perc), classified by the EPA as an air and water toxin and a likely human carcinogen. Dry cleaners follow strict regulations to reduce emissions and control its health and environmental risks, but there is no getting around the truth - perc poses a real danger to people and the planet.
Most of us wash our sheets and blankets fairly regularly, but the other stuff-comforters, quilts, and pillows-often don't fit in our washers, or are made of materials we don't know what to do with. Professional dry cleaners know the best ways to treat these items to make sure they are fresh, clean, and stay in good condition.

First and foremost you better have check or cash because in 2021 at this business no card accepted. That is the stone ages. I arrive to get my item and the price on the ticket in my hand is different than what I now owe, I made it a point to bring the amount in cash of what I thought I owed. With no check book I must make another visit to retrieve my item which does not make me happy one bit. Will not return after I make my pick up, too much trouble.

Do NOT! I repeat do NOT take your clothes to any of the Ace Cleaners for alterations. I took a bridesmaid dress to be hemmed and hemmed ONLY. There were no other alterations done to the dress and they charged me $85 to hem the dress. I was not given a price prior to the alteration or I would have turned around and walked out then. This makes my 9th wedding where I have had to have a bridesmaid dress hemmed. I have NEVER paid more than $40 for a dress to simply be hemmed. I contacted Ace and was told there was nothing they could do about it and I would have to contact the owner. I contacted the

I called a couple other places and even went to a couple other places asking about getting a dog accident out of my daughters cashmere scarf and no one else said they could do it. These guys said it should come out and the cleaned scarf looks great! No more dog mess spots on it at all and they did not shrink it like a couple other places said they probably would! I will be back for sure!

This dry cleaners is terrible. Although they adequately cleaned most all my blouses, I gave them some pants to clean that had a strip of leather down each side. They "washed" them & ruined them and I was told I needed to come back later to speak to a manger. I came back 2 times, each time I was told a manger was not there & I had to return. Disgusted & finally gave up. I would never leave any clothing here again. Why would they think they could "wash" pants I brought into dry clean?????

This cleaners lost my black 3/4 sleeve cashmere sweater. Told me they will have someone call me if they find it??? Then she says it's something that happens "more often than we would like" Not somewhere I will go again and if you care about your clothes, I recommend you don't either.
Ironically, while I was in there, someone else came in to say that they were there to pick up something they had previously ruined. And while the two girls behind the counter discussing it, one of them says to the other "should I just give her some store credit, like we usually do?"
So what they're basically telling
