Dishonest felon... https://caselaw.findlaw.com/wi-supreme-court/1180963.html. This man lies and purgers himself and files false petitions, motions and is a codfish in every way imaginable. The Wisconsin Bar locked him up an took away his license for illegal activities in the realm of $50,000 of misappropriated charitable/political contributions. Avoid him!
