Clair Law is currently one of the longest established legal practices in Walworth County. We have offices in Lake Geneva and Delavan and have been serving the surrounding area for over 50 years. Shortly after World War II, Mr. John H. Kenney (1908-1974) established a law office in Delavan, Wisconsin.
Charles (Chad) W. Pollard IV is the President and Sole Shareholder of Clair, Thompson & Pollard S.C. John H. Kenney established his law office in Delavan, Wisconsin shortly after World War II. That law office would ultimately be known as Clair Law. Attorney Kenney concentrated his practice in the areas of real estate; estate planning; and probate. Attorney Kenney had a juris doctor degree from Marquette University.
