I don’t make a bad review lightly. I also own a small business. I’m extremely disappointed with the practice. They specialize in pediatric dentistry, so it’s surprising they don’t understand when families need to reschedule appointments the day of. We’ve had issues with our kids being sick and needing to cancel- and I’ve had emergencies with my own business and I need to cover for employees who are out.
My suggestion is to find another practice if you’re a busy family- especially with multiple, very young children. They need a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule, otherwise it’s

Great experience so far here. Older child had some cavities filled at a young age without any issue. They made sure he was not scared and talked him through everything and let him pick a movie to watch. At our cleaning he left saying he had fun and both my kids love the balloons they get to take home. Youngest is two and is still nervous around strangers and she covered her eyes walking in. The woman who cleaned her teeth was so sweet with her. She got her to calm down and actually look around without crying. Then she got her lying back without crying which was a first and when she started getting

This was my sons first real cleaning and he did so well due to how patient and kind the staff was
The environment was so stress free and relaxing I will definitely recommend to all my parent friends

My daughter is 15 months and choosing the right dentist was super important. They were beyond my expectations, so amazing with her, patient and professional. She didn’t scream or cry once, watched Disney while they inspected and cleaned her teeth and the whole time talked her through each thing they were doing. I couldn’t have chosen better for a dentist.

Every single person who we encountered during our visit was super friendly, super smiley(even through masks) and they all know exactly how to speak to and treat children. The front desk staff was amazing and our hygienist was knowledgeable and patient with our 3 year old. Dr Paquin is so friendly and personable. We’ve left with a balloon each time with makes my daughter ecstatic!
