Services
RESERVATIONS: First night deposit is required for all reservations. A deposit guarantees the type of room requested. You are responsible for the number of nights reserved. PAYMENT: Balance is due upon arrival. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to arrival date in order to receive refund of deposit.

I didn’t actually get to stay here. I had a reservation for this Friday and Saturday and unfortunately my friend had an emergency medical procedure done. When I called she informed me that since it wasn’t two weeks they wouldn’t be able to reimburse me unless they were able to rent the room. She was incredibly kind and even concerned for my friend. She called me Sunday night to let me know they were able to in fact rent the room and they reimbursed me all but $20. For everyone saying they are rude and unresponsive that is the complete opposite of what I just dealt with. I can’t wait until

Thank god for Point Beach Motel! Stayed here for many years as a child. My friend & I visited Point Pleasant this weekend and had reservations at a different hotel because the Point Beach did not have any availability. After arriving at the first hotel to what seemed like a scene out of a scary movie I called The Point Beach Motel to see if by any chance they had availability and thank god they did! Found This place last minute over the July 4th Holiday Weekend. Def surprised by the great quality and service this place had to offer. Rooms are clean and spacious Pool was wonderful and you cross one street and your at the Heart of the boardwalk attractions with the amusement park being directly across from the hotel. Def great for anyone looking to stay near the Heart of the entertainment on the boardwalk. Beach passes are also included with your room.

Nasty manager/ owner NO POWER on 90 DEGREE DAY. 3 hours after check in power went out my wife and I waited another 2 hours without power on a 90degree day to see if power would resume before checking out, pitch black rooms no emergency lighting in rooms ect Manager/ owner was very nasty and non compassionate for my wife's need of a functioning refrigerator for her medication. Owner stated absolutely no refunds discounts or vouchers for a future stay for the inconvenience. Very poor customer service my family friends and I have been staying here for years and will no longer.

Been coming to Pt. Pleasant for over 10 years and I have stayed at most motels near the beach. By far this is my new favorite. Clean, clean, clean! It is the largest, reasonably priced place with a superb location across from the beach and boardwalk. The room was oversized, renovated, modern and clean. The bathroom was also large and very clean. It may not be the biggest, but the pool is heated and also very clean with new loungers. Karen was a pleasure to deal with and very accomodating and flexible when my dates needed to change last minute.

We came here on a July weekend at the last minute. We were only able to stay one night but we're lucky enough to call just after someone had booked Thursday and Friday nights so there was a room available for Saturday night. The gentleman who answered the phone to book our room sounded genuinely pleased that he was able to assist us in our request (it is normally a 2 night minimum for summer weekends) When we arrived, we were thrilled with the location and also the warm reception at check in. We were given a parking pass to park in their lot and beach passes, which was a nice surprise. The

My husband and I received a gift certificate for this motel as a wedding present- it was for a 2 night stay. We tried to use in August but were told they do not accept during the prime summer month. Fine. We had no free weekends to book once September hit so we saved it for last week-end (6/9/-6/11) Everyone we spoke to on the phone were very friendly, however since their rates went up we had to pay almost $100 extra for our stay. Fine. The location is perfection, its simple beach motel, no frills. Parking and beach passes are included which is amazing EXCEPT on the day of checkout you may no longer

We had a great stay here. Decent price. The staff was friendly and accommodating and rooms were very clean. Right across the street from the beach. I would give 5 stars but our room was somewhat in a bad location as far as noise goes. It did become loud and rowdy later at night and our room was directly next to balcony for the motel. We turned the ac and tv up and went back to sleep.

Once again had a wonderful stay here last Thursday and Friday. Lucked out with weather. Swam in clean heated pool. Had same super clean comfy room as last Sept. Could hear surf at night. So relaxing. Love Sundeck overlooking Boardwalk & ocean. Karen and Ed are always so friendly, hospitable and accommodating!!! Miss being there. Will be back!!!

My friends and I planned a girls weekend at this motel. Never stayed there before, but it got good reviews. The motel ended up having a fire only a few doors away from our room. WE WERE NEVER INFORMED THAT ANYTHING EVEN HAPPENED!! I was disgusted by their lack of safety towards their guests. I spoke to the manager, Karen, and she was a complete "B" to me and said it was none of our concern. We were there when a fire occurred and no one mentioned anything. Not even a note on the door saying that they were sorry for the inconvenience and that we were safe. I will never stay at this hotel

I've been staying at this hotel since I was 4 years old. (I'm now 25.) They have been around for years. My most recent stay was an overnight with a friend for a birthday celebration. The pool was just redone and is brand-new & beautiful. Flat screen TVs have been installed in every room and there are a ton of channels on it. There is also a refrigerator in every room, which I love for keeping beach drinks chilled.
They give you free passes to the beach. The location is fantastic, no long walks with all your beach gear because it's right across from the boardwalk & beach

Just got back from a one night stay at the point beach motel. we called a bunch of other nearby places: dunes motel, driftwood, windswept, etc.... and every one was more expensive while being further away from the boardwalk. with most of them looking more ghetto as well. hotel was very clean, free wifi, had a nice sunning deck, a nice cheesy little pool, shower was on point as was the ac. all in all for the 63 we paid w tax it could not be beaten. free beach passes as well. the lady at the front desk said we'd like the place so much we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in point pleasant
