The company started as a multi service company, doing high pressure roof cleaning and landscaping in Palm Beach and Broward County, Florida. We found that high pressure roof cleaning led to issues such as broken roof tiles, leaks, and customers complaining of high water bills.
We took this as a challenge to create an alternative to the usual high pressure washing / cleaning services. We devised our own 'zero pressure solution' and created our new company leveraging this exciting new roof cleaning ( and patio, driveway, wall cleaning etc. ) technology. Traditional high pressure cleaning companies in South Florida use high power pressure washing spraying water at 4,000 pounds of pressure to clean roofs. This often leads to broken roof tiles and damaged shingles. This older method also drives water bills up and doesn't do as thorough a job as our new 'Zero Pressure' cleaning technology.

We have used several pressure washing services in the past but none of them compare to Zero Pressure Roof cleaning. One call and I was able to get an appointment on the date I desired. They were punctual and professional and made sure all of my plants were covered and protected! The end result was amazing and the price was very reasonable! Will for sure be using again and am so glad I found them!

After receiving notification from our HOA that our roof needed to be cleaned we looked up many companies in our area. We saw all the reviews for Zero Pressure Washing company and gave them a call. Their quote was great and their work was amazing. Looking forward to having them come back to do the driveway and patio .

Zero Pressure Roof Cleaning is FANTASTIC!!! Our roof and gutters look like new again thanks to their great job! James made sure that our plants and shrubs were covered and rinsed so they did not have any issues. He also took great care of our next door neighbor’s plants and garden to ensure they were also okay. He took care of our place like it was his own. He is very professional, responsive and maintains great communication. The “Before & After” pictures are great too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
