The discoloration or streaks on most home owner's roofs are typically caused by living organism such as mildew, mold, fungus, or algae; not dirt. Power washing will remove these organisms, but in most cases they will just grow back in the months to follow. For our Roof Cleaning services we use a chemical combination with water to kill the organisms so they does not grow back.

The guys were fast and did an awesome job! They took extra care to protect all of my landscaping immediately surrounding my house as well as my expensive AC and water treatment equipment. My driveway is very large and was pretty discolored with algae caused by the Florida humidity and moisture. My entire driveway looked brand new when they were finished. I’m looking forward to having them come again when the time comes. I strongly recommend these guys!
