I have used Joe twice in the past for appraisal services on my cars (1968 Oldsmobile 442 and a 1972 Datsun 240Z). Joe was very prompt and very thorough in his evaluation and estimation of the market value of eac car. In both cases he nailed the market price.
If you want a high valuation estimate, any appraiser will do. If you want an accurate appraisal and someone who knows what he is doing, go with Joe. Tell him Nigel Shiftright sent you.
