Design-Build service by Blue Diamond Remodeling is a one-stop, seamless way to undertake a remodeling project or to build a home. With "the design-build approach", our company is able to provide our clients both - design and construction services within one project.

Blue Diamond Remodeling's Design-Build Department has its own premier residential and commercial Outdoor Design and Construction Service. Our designers and draftsmen utilize the latest virtual visualization apps and systems to draft and render in 2D/3D any project, so our clients can see themselves and get an idea of what their space will look like; we will help you to make educated decisions.
We hired Richard for a long overdue kitchen renovation and an approximately 1,000 SF addition to our 1917 bungalow. We solicited bids from Blue Diamond and from one other contractor, and chose Blue Diamond even though their bid was a bit higher. Richard was very up front about Blue Diamond not being the cheapest before their bid was submitted.

We contacted Blue Diamond for a bathroom remodel and they were great to work with and did an super job. From the beginning, Richard gave us some valuable design input that we decided to go forward with. Also, Elizabeth Fletcher gave us input on colors and materials. Naturally we were overwhelmed with all the choices and she was thorough and easy to work with. The work crews were all considerate, kind, professional and thorough. Maxwell was patient with us when we had a few minor changes and additions to the project. We are very pleased with how our beautiful bathroom turned out.

We are grateful to have found Blue Diamond for a shower remodel. They came to us not only highly recommended by a realtor friend but also by “Best of the Best listing” and by “”Houzz” Our former shower was constructed poorly by another company and as a result, we had ugly uplifted tiles and a termite invasion.
