Every child will make instruments, learn songs and stories, get a t-shirt and digital cd of the songs and stories collecting magical musical memories of an unforgettable week.Camp OKC is a music camp that blends a variety of musical experiences with art and instrument construction, science experiments, dramatic play, a ukulele & xylophone orchestra and a final performance in one amazing week.
Services
Class size will be limited to 16 campers per group (or what the state recommends for group size) with one adult guide and one teen helper that stays with the group. This year we are being environmentally conscientious and offering the camp recording digitally. Orientation/Open House: Please join us for orientation to meet your camper's guide and friends in their group.
I was very impressed with the organization of camp, including having a pre-camp orientation. I felt completely comfortable leaving my son. He did not have a single drop-off meltdown and sang all day long after camp. He wanted to go each day. Marlo was wonderful and took such good care of him. We have enjoyed five wonderful summers with you, and will always love the CDs, instruments, and videos from our special weeks.

This is a fabulous week-long music camp for children. My son has been enchanted with the instructors and activities for 4 years now. Each summer he leaves camp singing their songs and playing camp made instruments all summer long. He looks forward to camp every year! I highly recommend this for anyone who loves music and science.

This was the best summer camp we have ever attended. My 5 year old LOVED IT... the energy was fantastic and the staff was absolutely amazing. The other campers and parents were also so nice and positive. If you are reading this, read no further - just stop and go ahead and register for this camp! It seriously is the best! (We have been singing the songs all the way home...;)

This is our third year attending. A great camp full of fun and learning. My kids cant get enough. 5 days of 3.5 hours where kids play, learn, make music, create instruments, do science, etc. It is expensive, but totally worth it!
What they sing is true- "Oonie Koonie Cha is the best in the west. This is the camp that we love best!"

Camp OKC is one of my kids' favorite summer camps, we have been taking them for years. Miss Amy and her team never fail to deliver an exciting week of singing, dancing, arts & crafts, and humor. My kids sing the songs they learn at Camp OKC for weeks after camp is over - heck, the songs are so good the parents end up singing right along with them. The organizers bring in some exciting visitors as well. This year, to match the Wild West theme, they brought in miniature horses. The awesome Mr Jeff Kagan also stopped by, as he does every year, to teach the kids a fun science lesson about
