This shop seems to lack any business like organization. They miss their promised turn times, cannot locate the order when asked for an estimate of finish time, and in the end they put out a poor job. After retuning the poor job for a redo they missed their promised due date again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your upholstery job. While these folks are tryimg to have a good result, their efforts come up short.
Update, on the return redo the wrinkles are just as bad. It is possible they did no redo it at all. I am not even going back again.

I would not recommend this place at all. I called to have a cushion made for a nook 3 weeks before Christmas. I asked how long it would take over the phone and was told 5 days. I was also told over the phone that the cost would be around 2-3 hundred. (I provided exact dimensions and material type I wanted). When I arrived, the owner told me it would be around 5-7 hundred. After negotiating price I was able to get them down to $400. I was also told that it would take 4 - 5 weeks. After calling every week since Christmas I was finally told it would be ready on January 15th. It is now January 17 and

We found Devine Design Upholstery to re-upholster two very important reclining chairs for our 100 year old uncle before his 100th birthday - Not only did Devine Design knock it out of the park by the awesome owners personally hand selecting the real leather hides for our chairs, the color, quality and double stitching were incredible.
My family highly recommends Devine Design Upholstery because they treat you like family.

2) Don't take almost a month, tell your customer it's all ready then give them back a product that's worse than how they dropped it off.
3) Don't try and convince the customer that burn holes and tears in your work "won't be noticed"
3) Don't charge you customers anything at all when YOU realize it was a horrible job!
I will never return, wasted $150 on your joke that I cannot use. I will never recommend this place.
