I walk into Vision Express to have my eyes checked because they were sore. I didn't have an appointment but they took me right in. I only waited for 5 minutes. The doctor checked my eyes and told me that I had eye allergies. She gave me a prescription and I was on my way. The service was WONDERFUL. You guys have a GREAT STAFF. If I know someone need glasses or just have there eyes checked I would send them there.

I went to take my daughter for her eye exam and just because I was 5 minutes late, they told me to reschedule because the doctor had already left anyway !! I told them my daughter was in her virtual class meeting and that was the reason why we came a few minutes late! Before the pandemic I would take my daughter to her appointments here on time and I was not seen on time so I don’t understand the difference! I left and told them this was my first time coming late and they just told me to reschedule. Never again am I coming here. This shows how much they care for there patients.

All the women in this office were so friendly and helpful. I'm so glad I finally gave in and made the appointment. One of the staff working on my next set of glasses went beyond. I mentioned my old glasses fall off my face and she offered and fix them. The fit is so much better. I believe her name was Nancy, I hope I remember that right. Amazing Staff!!!

Great experience. Nurse noticed elevated pressure in my eyes and alerted Doctor. Doctor explained I should see my medical provider immediately. I went and I am currently receiving attention for glaucoma. Thanks to Doctor.
