Way over priced. It was my first time needing glasses they encouraged me to buy their generic brand because it’s”cheaper” ended up spending about $400-500$. Went to a different optometrist and got actual name brand frames with better lenses and paid about $300. Since I didn’t know any better I thought their price was reasonable. Also the doctor didn’t even get my prescription right because the testing equipment got fogged up from wearing my mask and she didn’t notice or bother retesting me.

I had a poor experience with glasses I purchased. Very high priced crystal brand glasses are poorly made cheap plastic. I spent over 200$ on frames that bent 2 months into having them, I went in for them to be adjusted and fixed, the tech adjusted them only to tell me they were bent and I would need a whole new frame, no warranty, didnt offer me a new pair, or a discount on a new pair. Literally just spent 200$, on the cheapest pair they had and now have to spend more money, the doctor is good, service is good, but extremely over priced and I wont be going back.
