At Tracey Rapp & Associates, we understand that buying or selling a home can be very stressful for the entire family. There are so many things to think about - reviewing contracts, ordering titles, and then going through the tense closing process - that can take away most of the joy you should be feeling.
This should be an exciting time for you. So save your stress for picking colors, not for paperwork. Our years of experience in real estate law have taught us that there really is nothing to fear about the legal side of real estate, as long as you have the right people on your side. And we are so dedicated to customer service that we even guarantee our services.

You have an excellent team working with you. It didn't matter who I spoke with when calling your office - everyone was professional, polite, easygoing, always answered my questions, and were very patient with me when I didn't understand at times. Working with you and your staff was refreshing and truly a pleasure.
At Tracey Rapp & Associates, real estate is our focus. We are so dedicated to providing excellent legal services that we guarantee them. If you are not completely satisfied with the work we do for you, we will waive our already low fee, period. We have absolute faith in our customer service - a belief borne out by testimonials from many of our clients.
Why are your fees so low? Because of the high volume of clients we receive, we are able to keep our prices lower than many other offices. When should I contact an attorney? We suggest you contact an attorney before presenting a contract on a house. That way, you can have your lawyer representing and serving you immediately.

Highly professional. All the way from the moment she got my contract until I handed my keys to the new buyer, Tracey and her staff were incredibly helpful, answered every question I had, and helped push back against what I considered some slightly unreasonable demands from the buyer. I absolutely recommend them!
