This place is an expensive rip off. There's no visitor parking. The local parking enforcement preys on expiring meters around. The elevator in 1 Alexander street is broken since July and the whole building tenants are at the mercy of one elevator - which is down at times as well. The management is making money out of people's despair situations. There are other bustling developments around for those who are looking to move to the area. Avoid this place at any cost.

I have resided here for two years and renewing again. Hudson Park is my home and the community is tight, we are proud of our surroundings. Mike, the Resident Service Manager, is always there for a hand and creates the perfect friendships. I just moved here and I do like the building the apartment is nice and the staff is friendly but my only issue is I put in a maintenance order for a washing machine not working and I'm paying the rent and maintenance fee so why not at least give me a call back to see or let me know what the deal is my laundry is building up and I would really like to have clean close.if this is how things are gonna be just for a single washing machine then I may be moving back out soon

This place is horrible. I ignored the reviews and moved here anyway. What a mistake!!! It is a non smoking building but my apartment constantly smells like cigarette smoke. I've complained without exaggerating 10 times and have never gotten a response. The management office here is incompetent. Keith is a really good guy but no one else seems to care about anything here. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!

I am writing this review to share my personal experience residing at Hudson Park. I moved to Hudson Park in August of 2010 and stayed until December of 2015. Moving from Brooklyn was definitely a huge change, but the easy access to the train across the street, the convenience of having a parking garage next door and the endless amenities was definitely a plus. I was VERY happy to live here. The gym, the concierge was all a plus. I work in Midtown Manhattan so the commute was easy. I never had any issues once. If there was a problem, I scheduled an appointment with maintenance and it was

Update: In addition to the review below it has been almost 5 months since my move out and I have yet to receive my security deposit.

As you can see from all of the negative reviews left by other residents or former residents of Hudson Park, the quality of service and responsiveness of the management team are sub-par to say the least. I was a resident here for two years and saw the transition from one owner of the property to another and then one management company to another. With the switch in management I was very hopeful that things would change. Unfortunately to my surprise they didn&apos

I love Yonkers. I also love the location of the buildings of Hudson Park in Yonkers (who can beat the waterfront?). I knew the Yelp reviews but I thought I would try ---

Yep, it's pretty much what the Yelp reviews say. I booked a 1:30 appointment for Sunday on the Friday before. I went out, called them twice, and they still left me waiting.

I stood outside the leasing office on Pierpoint, with a sign in the window that said something to the effect of 'Welcome, We're Open' for 45 minutes with no response. A couple came by who were walk-in's and they had no response either

I love the quiet, idyllic riverside community of Hudson Park! It's perfectly tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Downtown Yonkers while only being a short walk away. The views are million-dollar quality at an amazing value you don't normally see from luxury apartments. Proximity to the train station is unbeatable.

Old reviews almost scared me away but it's clear to me that the new management company has everything well in hand. Renovations are being handled very efficiently and every step is being taken to ensure we are comfortable during them. Value is a balance, no place

Teicia was excellent in resolving my issues. I had received a bill that was inaccurate and came to her office very nervous and upset. She gave me her full attention, was understanding and resolved my issue favorable.

I really appreciate her to attention to detail and compassion.

Thank you, Teicia.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE !!!

Do not ignore the ratings of this property like i initially did!!! Please review your options before moving here. There are other buildings located in the area that are way better and have better customer satisfaction ratings.

I avoid paying attention to the ratings upon moving in because i did not see what every one else in the reviews were talking about..... UNTIL NOW!

First off, the building looks enticing and even management seems well (of course, i should have known this was just a front to get me into the apartment). When i now reach out to management they either

Awful place to live. We thought the views might be worth it after leaving Manhattan, and sometimes they were. Unfortunately Hudson park suffers from terrible, unprofessional and unreliable management. It's almost as if they troll the bus stops looking for people to hire to put into the management office.

What's worse is that the building became full of thugs and seeing police and swat teams in the hallways looking to arrest people was not uncommon during our three years there. They won't tell you, even if you ask if there is a large amount of subsidized units which of course brings

THESE 5 STARS ARE ONLY FOR DONNIE, ORLANDO, AND THE ENTIRE CONCIERGE STAFF!!!!

Never believe EVERTYHING you read, but DO pay attention to some of it. I can only speak on what I have experience. Some of these reviews are absolutely true, especially the parts where management is downright awful with responding to emails and phone calls. HOWEVER, let's not jump the gun here and generalize. I won't name the few bad apples to the bunch, but NOT everyone is terrible here. Donald, aka Donnie, is hands down thee best person that work here, and this is based on my interactions with some

I wouldn't move here (1 Alexander St "North River") for at least a year. As they build a new building (which obstructs the views of 2/3 of apt's in my building) the whole place is a construction zone - work is LOUD and begins at 7am every morning. Half of the waterfront space is unusable and all street parking is mostly gone.

The management company is very poor. Bad communicators, constantly telling half-truths - they clearly do not care for individual residents aside from the $$$ they give every month. Electricity bills are suspiciously inconsistent and sometimes far more

The apartment management is comically awful. Not only are they chronically unresponsive and patently dishonest, they are very willing to sacrifice tenant safety in favor of profits. Some examples:

My 1BR apartment was being billed 300+/mo for electric and it took me months to get that resolved (the resolution was that they will cap electric at 125 arbitrarily, which is a tacit admission that they can't really calculate it accurately).

I spent over a month trying to get in touch with a leasing agent to start negotiating a lease renewal with no success.

The fire alarms have been sounding

I lived here for a few months. I had a 1br apt. The size was good and I really liked that it had Laundry included. The location was pretty as it was right on the water and on the Metro North rail stop though I was there through the snow so eh LOL. When I moved in, the appliances didn't work and the sink was full of what looked like caked on dirt.... Not impressed. You can hear the train every 30 mins in the apt but it wasn't awful. I don't really think the wall heating units worked super well. Just think the apartments need a massive update, from appliances to the hallways. Also

The jury is in and this is my final review for Hudson Park.... I lived there for one year. When I moved in I was told that they were replacing the carpet and painting the halls. Well a year later the carpet remains stained with pet urine esp. 2nd/3rd floor. I'm not sure why they would install carpet in a dog friendly environment because accidents will happen. Hudson Park is fairly safe not sure about getty square because I didnt venture past Main St. Leasing staff will mislead you when it benfits them to get additional monies from you. I moved out because of the hidden surcharge on electricity
