About Our Facility We have a spacious fitness studio to accommodate our client's varied fitness needs. We work with all kinds of clients. Fitness is a science of human movement and we can break it all down to foundational movements to improve walking, running, playing sports, or just staying healthy.

All of our programs include a total body analysis, meal planning and accountability chart. Wide Variety of Equipment Each person has a unique set of goals for their fitness, and we build the program that is right for you. We have more than just barbells and weight machines. Our equipment recognizes that the body moves in different ways for the many way in which you move.

We review your medical readiness for exercise, perform a full body analysis with the latest technology, and assess what types of activity and nutrition works best FOR YOU! Developing an individualized requires a balance between our known data, your comfort level, and your budget.
We're going to go through a check list of issues to help define what is the best way for you to feel more energized and independent by working out and increasing your activity. Senior fitness is meant to design safe programs that take health and joint issues into consideration when selecting the most effective activities for where you are now and where you want to be.

My post-rehab work with clients will balance your muscle tone, increase your flexibility, and give you the energy to make it to 100%. Our fitness plans pay special attention to treating the cause of your injury and helping you continue to be injury free and meet your wellness goals.
I'm fairly certain that those that love running also want to run free from discomfort and injury. It can be challenging to know if starting a running program could give you injuries when you first start it. I'm going to point out some of the issues that can arise from starting a running program without proper coaching, and then show how technology is the best solution to running at your best, injury free!
