They are knowledgeable and do good work but at a hefty price. When they billed their initial retainer I expressed concern that it was high and would like to definitely stay within it and go lower if possible. I reduced the scope of their work hoping that that would help.
The final bill was 161% above the retainer and I was told about it after the fact. They never checked in with me. I brought this up to them and they said that they saw no reason to adjust the bill.
