Services
To start, a walk through of your property is essential. If the property is vacant, it is not necessary for you to be in attendance. FlyGirl HSR will objectively view your property inside and outside with what we call "buyer's goggles". We will discuss what changes can be made to your property that will "WOW" the buyer and make the BEST FIRST impression possible.
Such a great experience working the FlyGirl Home Staging and Redesign! From the first contact with Lisa throughout the redesign of our living area, she and her assistant were a joy to work with. FlyGirl couldn't have been more perfect staging our house to sell. She and her helpers did everything possible to make our house liveable while they were working and after they were done. She has a great eye and would always go the extra mile to make things look just right, even if it meant moving furniture in and out. She was as invested in our house as we were! Such a joy to work with! I'm sure our house sold fast because of her.

Lisa is the best in what she does. She actually cares. I used her services to decorate my man cave home from top to bottom. I told her what I was looking for. Gave her the budget, key and credit card and I was in no hurry. She way exceeded my expectations. Came in way under budget too.
Look, if I had done this without her it would have looked like WalMart.
I highly recommend Lisa and her staff. Price is reasonable and service is over the top. I am a single guy and in no way would the outcome been even close without her. She did my entire home down to wall decorating and bedding.

Lisa with FlyGirl Home Staging did a fantastic job staging our home! She was able to use the majority of our furniture by just moving pieces around from one room to another to make it all work. Lisa was very specific about what needed to be packed and stored and what could be used. She brought pretty florals in and other accessories to brighten the rooms and make them feel and look more current. The outside area was staged too and looks great!
