We arrived 7 mins late and weren’t told to arrive earlier with the booklet of papers to fill out! Waited almost 2 hours to be called to the back. While everyone that came in after my daughter was being called in! When I questioned why we were still waiting almost an hour and a half, the receptionist said, “Your “wait time” don’t start until we turn in the papers, so it’s only been 20 minutes” Very rude to say and it didn’t take an hour to fill out the papers 15 mins at least. Dr Davis is very good at what he does. He has managed my pain better than any other pain management physician I've seen. He's oompassionate, competent and caring. When he's performing any procedures there is minimal discomfort. If my mother lived close enough, he would be her physician. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating.
The only thing that keeps me from giving a five is the phone setup. You go to voicemail after 5 minutes on hold. That really stinks when you're number on hold since 3 or 4, get to 1 in the queue, and go to voicemail.

Dr. Davis is very friendly, caring, and well knowledgeable in his area of practice. I’ve had epidural injections by him and hardly felt anything. He has gifted hands. Dr. Davis is always very pleasant and compassionate. He takes time to listen to your complaints and his calm temperament also helps if youre in pain. Every time I have visited his office, he has been very gentle. I am so happy that I found him. My back pain has improved tremendously with his treatment.
