We will approach your condition individually and objectively to make the right diagnosis. A comprehensive history and examination is completed. Dr. Paglia and his staff are very professional, compassionate and experienced with patients suffering from pain issues. For myself I have had severe chronic pain for many years. Atlantic pain management has my pain under control. The office is very efficient as I’ve never waited for more than 15 mins. most appointments I’m seen in 10 mins.

May be good for people who need ibuprofen, not a doctor to see if you are experiencing moderate to severe pain and need strong medication, he will talk your ears off about how bad they are and all these reasons why they are no good. I understand his position, but it does not help my pain or make my life any easier, so he was not much help for me. Good luck fellow pain sufferers, I don't know what path these doctors are leading us down, but it's not a good one !

Do not see Dr. Paglia for evaluation of severe pain related to fibromyalgia. Despite the fact the fact that his website lists fibro as a condition that he treats, all he did was refer me to a different rheumatologist than the one I've been seeing. Also, despite having transferred my orthopedic records for a torn rotator cuff and back/disk issues, he didn't suggest any treatments for those issues either, although his website indicates treatment of those too.

Dr. Paglia could not be more kind, compassionate, and responsive. I went to him in the worst back pain I ever had. I couldn't walk from my bed to the bathroom without excruciating pain. He completely understood what was wrong with my back. He listened to me and explained my problem and the treatment in detail. He relieved the pain within hours. I am forever grateful to him for changing my life and making me pain-free.

I have been a patient of Dr. Paglia since around 2007 though present. His knowledge and practice professionalism have kept me with a quality life without going through surgeries, that could have many potential risks. I speak with many other people with similar problems who have had negative outcomes, and with Dr.Paglia, I feel very comfortable and in his skills and knowleldge.
