I live in Los Angeles county but come out here for dental work via referral. The ladies there treat me nicely. I trust Dr Rana, he does the work and the ladies explain and answer all questions. I was surprised at all the Karens that try to enter the office without wearing a mask but the ladies stop them at the door lol. The receptionists really work hard.

The most pathetic surgery ever. I wish I could give them negative stars. We recently got registered with them. It took two hours to take our xrays. There is only one doctor and he is the only hygienist in the surgery . They recommended deep cleaning to my husband who already had deep cleaning in December and the charges with insurance were way more than our previous surgery. Today I had an appointment for cleaning at 9 am. The doctor came at 9 :20 and there is one more patient at the same time and my turn is next. On asking they told me that it is their "protocol" to give one appointment time to

The receptionists are generally rude and impatient. Some have began their interactions with me being patient, but quickly get short and don't even say goodbye before hanging up the phone. They accidentally typed my email wrong so I never received the email they tried sending, and when I very nicely corrected them they became hostile as they defended their mistake.
