Bob's Quality Tires

The guys at Bobs are so incredibly kind. I came in for tires on my older Lexus a while back and got a great deal on a used set in great condition. Knew this was the place to come when I found a screw in my tire last week, I asked for a replacement but he reassured me he could patch it! They easily could have upsold me but instead helped me out right before a road trip and got me on way in like 5 minutes. This is the spot!!

Amazing service and best prices for quality used tires. I had 4 used CHP tires installed on my newer BMW X5 - 2 weeks later I came back as 1 one tire kept losing air - they found a nail in it and instead of blaming me for getting one, they replaced the tire (no cost). Now that's what I call exceptional customer service!

They sold me a used tire with a tire plug (yes, a plug, not patch) in the sidewall. Well, it blew out on the way home of course. When I brought it back in, they didn't have any more used tires so they up sold me on a new one. Out the door, between both transactions, I paid 130 dollars.

I can go to any tire shop and get a single new tire mounted and balanced for $130 WITHOUT risk of death or injury when a tire sidewall blows out at 70mph because of negligence. Plus the time I wasted in both travel and changing my own tire to the spare once again.

Only buy used from them if you're super

I ran over a nail a couple of weeks ago and had trouble finding a replacement tire quickly due to the size of my tires being somewhat uncommon.
It was going to cost me upwards of $250.00 just to order one online or to go to my dealership for a replacement.

Since Bob's is near my house, I decided to give them a try and carried my tire in. A guy named Chris helped me out and found they had the exact tire I needed and for under $100.00, they not only replaced the tire, but they put it on my car for me as well. I originally expected to do that myself.
From now on, Bob's will be my go-to

My family has been coming to bob's for years. I always trust their opinion. Every time I go there Vince always helps me out. He is always polite and takes care of us. I've gone to other major tire shops before to have a new tire repaired after driving over a nail and they tried to sell me a new tire. I drive over to Bob's tire and they patch up the tire no problem and it's been 3 years since the patch. Since then they have seen me for many other patches recently. They always take care of me. I really appreciate their help.

I have just recently tried out Bob's tires and was very happy with the service I received. I went back a week later and got the same Great service from the same employee.

Hands down, just the best! I will shop locally if I can, and I have been buying my tires here for at least 20+ years. I started going to the location up on Auburn Blvd, versus the Carmichael locale, due to the people who work at that one, and the parking is so much better. I drive a Mustang, and my last purchase was for 4 new tires, speed balanced and are warrantied, for 755 out the door. Have a nail? Ok so I came back because my low tire pressure reading popped up again. Omg the guys were SO NICE! I was in and out in less than 40 minutes! I'm a teacher so time is important. Beware! Called them and asked how much for two tires installed. They said $45 each. Ended up charging me $40 per tire but then $45 for install.

Bought a brand new tire from them about a month ago and they put the wrong size tire. I was visiting from the North Bay and had one of my tires go out. My girlfriend asked around town and an employee at the local Costco in Folsom recommended Bobs Quality tires. Never had a situation where I recieved 0 of the services I paid for. I came here because it was a little cheaper than where I usually go, America's tires. I recieved none of the services I paid for. They mounted and balanced the tires and rims I brought in just before a Tahoe trip. Tires and steering wheel had dangerous vibrations and shakes through the car to the point that it alarmed my wife!

My family and I have been going to Bob's for over 15 years. Sadly, we will no longer be going here. To either location. Over the past year or so, three different times with different members of the family and different vehicle, we were told that our existing tire size was "uncommon" and that they did not have 1 or 2 (whatever we needed) in that size, but they could sell us a set of 4 in a more common sizes.
