Very helpful. On time. Did pruning of spindly alder trees that required a bucket truck. Also chipped and removed a large amount of brush. They may not be the cheapest, but are very complete and professional. I also got a quote for a large number of 150 FT plus cottonwood trees leaning toward power lines which required use of a large 50 ton crane. So they can do very large difficult jobs.

We have many large trees and periodically needed tree work done over the years, and have called upon this firm before. NW is the best we have ever had on all counts, and just yesterday had their service once again. Not only have they been responsive in emergency situations, but have the experience to advise, perform, and clean up all at reasonable rates.

The entire experience with Northwest Arboriculture was top notch and I would highly recommend their services. I had eight trees removed from my property and my experience with Northwest Arboriculture was an excellent one. The entire crew of six were highly capable safety-minded individuals who showed up on time and were extremely organized and efficient in their methodology in removing the trees. They moved the cut trees safely to the wood chipper and cleaned up the property so no signs of debris was left. The team was very friendly, respectful and efficient at every stage of the process.

We had a 75 foot branch/co-dominant trunk break from a 130 foot Douglas fir near the bluff in Edmonds during a wind storm. The branch fell on my home, my neighbor's home and demolished the fences in between. Thankfully, no one was injured. We needed help in a hurry and this was a complex, dangerous job in the middle of COVID19. We interviewed several outfits and it became clear Trent was the man to take on the job. Trent and his amazing crew did an incredible job, being mindful of safety and attentive to detail all along the way! I am so thankful to these guys and I would highly recommend

Trent and his team did a fantastic job pruning our very large and tall hedge. They clearly understand trees and treat them with respect. They pruned our hedge with an artfulness that exceeded my expectations. After pruning, they hauled away a huge amount of greenery and left our lot looking fantastic. Since they had to use my neighbor's driveway to get access, I was a little worried about how our neighbor would react, but he told me he was as pleased as I was with the work that was done. I will definitely have them do all of our tree work.

Northwest Arboriculture runs efficient, thorough and friendly crews!
We have a pretty tight area with very tall and hazardous trees that needed to be taken down. Northwest Arboriculture has been very conscientious about the other greenery, structures and septic drain fields while being very time efficient. I am amazed at how quickly they've worked!
We got half a dozen or so bids on the job before selecting Northwest. We got a few lower bids, a few higher bids and a few somewhat bizarre suggestions on how to deal with the trees. We are very glad that we went with Northwest!

I should have written this review years ago. In 2012 we had a very large cedar that cracked and needed to be removed before it fell onto my house. This was not a straight forward job. The cedar spit into 3 and the part that needed to be removed cracked off of the main base. The section of tree in question was 80+feet tall and 5 feet in diameter. Trent and his crew has to use a crane to secure the tree, cut, and then lift each section over my house. The process was exciting and terrifying to watch. The guys were amazing and left my house looking like nothing happened.

In the recent storms we had a giant branch fall on our house and pierce our roof. Trent and the crew were awesome and prioritized getting it resolved for us before rains started again. Trent communicated with us during the day about his timing. When the team arrived they were super efficient and friendly, managing to get the branch removed and everything cleaned up even though it was late at night. Thank you!!

These guys are the best! I've used 3 other tree services in the last 15 years with mixed results. NW Arb came out last week right on time, did exactly the work I requested, didn't try to sell me on anything more, cleaned up thoroughly and carefully, and had a great attitude the entire time. They have all the correct equipment to do the job, and do it safely (I was very impressed with their safety gear and use of it). Thank you!

I am most impressed with the knowledge and expertise of the folks at Northwest Arboriculture! This most recent round of work was to repair some unfortunate pruning on the part of a different tree service, and to undo some over-enthusiastic planting on my part... My trees now look superb, and the ones planted in the wrong place that were threatening to remove my roof (!!) have been neatly removed. I am very excited to work with NW Arboriculture to get my yard to match my internal vision, only with their expertise to make better choices and create a healthy and sustainable urban landscape. We have used Trent and his team several times. Trent is a serious and competent arborist. He did a great job saving our flowering cherry tree. He also made a valiant effort to save our Maple tree.
Most recently Trent responded within a few hours to clean up our badly damaged Sweet Gum tree damaged in a windstorm.
I highly commend Trent for your tree service needs.
