Seattle Spine & Sports Medicine continues to grow and we're excited to serve the Puyallup, South Hill, and surrounding communities. Call 253-648-1853 for an appointment. We encourage patients to schedule a virtual visit, with the option for an in-person follow-up. We offer a personal approach for patients with motor vehicle injuries, workplace injuries, and sports-related injuries.
We begin with a non-invasive approach and graduate to more specialized treatment only if necessary. WSDOT has procured the lot behind our building for their SR 520 construction project. This change will mean limited parking is available to patrons visiting our Seattle clinic. We focus on listening to you to understand your medical condition.

Services
As holistic providers of medical care, we often bridge the gap between traditional providers - for example, surgeons or family doctors - and alternative or allied health providers like chiropractors and therapists. Dr. Snyder is amazing, his commitment and support in treating injuries is unwavering and his compassion genuine. I have never met a Dr. that made me feel like he was as invested in my recovery as Dr. Snyder has. I would give him 10 stars if possible and recommend him to anyone and everyone suffering from a chronic injury.

Their Doctors are good but their prices are crazy. I had a brain problem
from a car accident, and to just talk to someone for a hour, cost you $300.00. they were helping some but not that much. and they will cheat you out of as much as they can. I called and told them a day ahead of time that I couldn't make an appointment, and they charged me $105.00 for a missed appointment. Everything they can try to charge you for, they will. Take notes of everything and every appointment you have with them.. If you come in a half a hour ahead of time. they will charge you for sitting.

Dr. Singh and his team are incredible. They've made such a difference to my health after a car accident with concussion and physical damage. Dr. Singh is so proactive, it's incredibly refreshing to be told I could get a treatment we agreed was the best choice right then rather than making yet another appointment for it. He has a positive yet realistic attitude stays focused on making me better, uses time and resources very efficiently while being totally kind, respectful and caring. Dr. Singh is highly knowledgable, clearly reading and up to date on the most recent research into treatment options

Dr. Nancy Kadel (Dr. Singh referred me to her as well) is so kind and knowledgeable and she is an expert and has helped me learn stabilization techniques for my feet and ankles. She helped me to understand what was happening, ultimately saving me from causing dislocating a bone in
