According to scientists all of our ants at all of our houses are actually part of one interconnected "colony of colonies" AKA "Supercolony." Spiders are the second biggest "bug problem" in the Temecula and Murrieta area so they are our second specialty! In most cases, we can help with an occasional Rat or Mouse problem for free (as long as you are on a regular service schedule for Ants and Spiders.)
While our annual plans have an initial fee of just $55, each property is unique and presents its own set of challenges. I just can’t help but give a big shout out to our Bug Guy Matt. He is always the best, very thorough and detailed. Before coming, he will give an update on the estimated time and after he does his job, he gives me updates about what was done and the assurance that anytime I will have any peer problem, he is just a text/call away and I have proven that many times. When we have ants problem, he comes right away, same day or the following day and he makes his best to fix the problem as soon as possible. Been using this company for already 2yrs and haven't had any issues. If anything does come up, a simple phone call is all it takes to, they're very responsive. Great customer service. Oscar is our bug guy and he's real friendly and easy going. We had an bad ant problem this year inside and out, and he helped with that situation. Would definitely recommend this company.
