If your compressor in your air conditioner fails twice in the first 5 years, we will install a complete and new condensing unit. If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails in the first 10 years, we will install a new furnace. If your system breaks down during the first year and leaves you without heating or cooling, we will be there within 24 hours or we will pay you $500 for your inconvenience.

After his inspection and maintenance on my A/C furnace, he went over the electrical, pressure, temperature and air flow readings with me.

I would recommend using this company for all of your HVAC needs. They hire very professional and knowledgeable technicians and provide a level of service that isn’t seen very much these days. I asked them to come out and inspect my furnace to make sure it was operating properly. Not only did they verify that it was working properly but took the time to make sure my unit was adequate for my home. They tested the air quality, verified the duct sizes, noted the number of vents and returns and also provided recommendations for improved performance.

Elite Comfort always gets things up and running for us! It was time for our semi-annual tune up and it just so happened we were also having an issue with our downstairs heater. MC and Daniel came out and got everything checked out and had it working beautifully in no time at all. They were very professional and super helpful. MC even took the time to explain everything they were doing so I would understand what was being checked and why. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a company to go with long term. They will always be your go to in the future!

We called Elite this morning (early) because our thermostat showed a Systems Alert reading. The information was taken and relayed to a technician who promptly responded. The tech who called was MC Perez. We were pleasantly surprised when he came earlier than the time he originally said he would be here. He diagnosed the problem within a matter of minutes. Which he resolved in a matter of minutes too. Not only did he fix the problem, he did a thorough maintenance unlike none other that has been done before. He kept us informed every step of the way. Extremely professional, prompt, and honest. I just had Doug out here yesterday to troubleshoot my system. He was able to identify my handler motor had gone out relatively quickly. Luckily my equipment was still under manufacturer's warranty. Elite Comfort was able to take care of the warranty work, track down the replacement motor, and replace it all within 24 hours at an honest and fair price for labor. Doug came back out today and installed the motor with zero issues and had everything running as it should. I did my research before choosing them and the process and outcome of this service

This company is unbelievably deceptive. We spent almost 400.00 to add 2 pounds of freon to one of our units. It cooled for about a week. Called them back out, they waived the service fee but we were informed that we needed at least 2 pounds of freon at 150.00 per pound. When I asked what about the last 2 that were supposedly put in, the technician said we were under the illusion that those two pounds were going to work. We must have a leak....really? Why not inspect the unit and give us an option? Who would waste 400.00 at this time on an illusion??? Horrible untrustworthy company!!!!

Lonnie is a life-saver! We have 2 dogs and the AC went out; since I called so late in the day I feared I would have to take time off to wait for the repair the next day .... but true to his word Lonnie arrived at 8pm and fixed it within the hour. I used elite comfort last year for some issues I was having with a smell coming out of my air conditioning unit. Chris is who helped me with this issue with my Trane unit. He bent over backwards to help me figure out a problem that I have been dealing with for over two years. They are very reasonably priced and their reliability is unmatched! I will definitely be using them for any future air-conditioning needs that arise. When I contacted them, they were there to truly help solve the problem!

Chris Alvarado came to do a service call on August 16 at my house because my AC was not cooling (intake vs vent) more than about 8 degrees.
I'm inherently skeptical of mechanics and service people, because AC can get expensive quickly, but am so glad to report that Chris did just an amazing and thorough job. In the end, the problem was nothing more than a badly functioning capacitor and a lack of freon. He even did a very quick leak check and said the leak does exist but it's so small it's not worth tearing everything apart to get to it.
Bottom line, the AC worked a LOT better when

I can't say enough good things about the guys at Elite Comfort. We had them out a few years ago to repair our heater and they quickly diagnosed the issue, found a replacement part, and repaired the heater. Their rates were incredibly reasonable and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of.
