Second Recommendation: I cannot stress enough how absolutely wonderful the A/C Guy team is. I have multiple rental properties and they have always taken care of us.
Today, I called to have a rental property AC unit inspected which was not blowing cold air. My renters had called another company and they claimed we needed a complete new upstairs AC system for over $ 10,000. I called the AC Guy, they came out the same day and found a defective switch. System was back up and running the same day for less than 300....

Adam and Ken came right away to look @my moms AC. Both were absolutely delightful to deal with. Adam is experienced, knowledgeable and honest! SO impressed with this place. Also, the ladies in the office are sweethearts. Tina is a doll! It's not often you find this level service at a fair price. I WILL be calling here the next time I need ac work for my own property as well.

We choose The AC Guy to install a new system and are still completely satisfied 4 years later. They offered the best warranty around with a great price. They also included the addition of several return air vents and better supply air vents to improve airflow through out the house which made a huge difference in comfort. They were very careful during the installation and very thorough when explaining how the new system worked.

These technicians were the best! We thought the job was to be a small one but it turned out to be bigger and longer than expected. They were thorough, explained everything to me, took their time, and cleaned everything before leaving. I appreciated how kind and polite they were. I would recommend them to anyone needing A/C work. The A/C guy has been part of the family for years now and has repaired and even replaced an entire system, A/C and Heat outside unit and attic unit as well as various repairs for family members homes too.
It has been a long time coming for this review, apparently my original review was removed or discarded as I discovered when coming back to update it on Google.
I can't be the only one with positive feedback on this company but apparently one of only a few that took the time, ''Finally'' to express my positive opinion of this outfit.

I called them when my A/C motor died. They came out to take a look and charged $90 for diagnostic. They said they would call the next day to give me a quote for the repair.
They called and wanted $500 to replace the motor and $1000 to replace some disconnects. That's outrageous.
I called another repair guy. He came and replaced the motor for $350. My A/C is working fine since.
Be careful with this company, very dishonest people.

This is the second time I've had them out to check my heater before starting it every winter. Each time they were prompt and courteous. I have an older heater, I they could have easily told me that it needed work done. They didn't, when it does need work or when the AC needs replacing they will be the first one I call.

I am very happy with the services provided by the A/C Guy. I had them, and several other companies, come out to estimate replacement of my HVAC system. They were hands down the friendliest and most helpful about answering questions during the quote process. They always showed up on time and their crew of guys were all very friendly and professional. They were very quick and clean during the install and it went smoothly. I did have a few problems with the air handler but Wesley and Rachel went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was resolved and I was happy. I will be referring them

Found this business on Angie's List with tons of great reviews! Couldn't get over the facts that they
came on a holiday, explained the problem with our air conditioner, fixed it, made suggestions for
