Very professional and kind. Both John's were absolutely amazing along with the desk lady. They were behind on the delivery time but made up for it with communication and amazing work. My car sounded gutless now it sounds right. It looks amazing and I'm very happy with the work. They were able to drain my power steering and out new and improved fluid in and it made the annoying noise I had go away. My car is older and they still were able to work on it without sacrificing quality. I'm very please with the out come and will be coming back. Thank you very much for the pleasant experience. Not usually one to leave a review but this was absurd. I took my car here on October 11th 2021 for an inspection I told them it was more than likely a wheel barring because I had experienced this same issue in my car before and it was a wheel barring the last time. I just needed it to be diagnosed and fixed. They told me it was definitely not a wheel barring but instead a transmission issue. When I picked it up I even asked again that they were 100% certain because I had a long road trip ahead of me. They said yes they deal with wheel barrings all the time and positive it was not. Came in with my F250 wanting to have a Cat Back exhaust installed. Came in on a Thursday afternoon, Jon walked me through my options and what benefits would come with their custom exhaust. He was very thorough, and very polite. (something missing in the auto shop industry) I was expecting them to be about 10 days out for an appointment like most places but they fit me in the very next day. Dropped my truck off at 9am and it back by 3pm on what appeared to be a very busy work day for them. Jon again walked me through what they did, told me if I had any issues they would address them immediately

They only do diagnostics in the morning, so I made an appointment for Friday and dropped it off first thing! I figured since there were two problems to be checked out it would take all day, but at 10a I received a text with a link to details of my diagnostic.
I haven't had many diagnostics done before so I don't know if it's typical, but the link had details of everything they checked on my car and notes from the mechanic on the status of issues

Here's my story...My family and I took a quick trip to Reno and had a great time and when I went to get the car to load and go the car would not start. Joy. I called AAA after determining it wasn't the battery and had an idea it may be the starter. Being from the Bay Area I wasn't familiar with any mechanics in the area and AAA mentioned LT Automotive as an option which was less than a mile from the Peppermill. I went to LT Reno Automotive for service on their Spring Service Special and I called them the day before and I was told that it's basically an oil change and as a courtesy, they will check and top off any fluids. I knew that I needed some topping off on some of the fluids in my truck so I made an appt for the next day (0800). I brought it (my vehicle) to the shop as early as possible. I was told that it may take a few hours. I also inquired about any discounts and that they honor military. To make a long story short, they were finished with my vehicle around 0915. Last week my car broke down quite unexpectedly. It started making a screeching noise on the way to work, tried to stall as I parked in the lot at work, the check engine light came on, smoke came out from under the hood, and there was a strong smell of burnt rubber.
I had the car towed to LT Automotive. They had no advance warning I was bringing the car in, but they were able to look at it the next day. It was determined I needed a new power steering pump and belt. They ordered the parts and my car was ready this past Tuesday.
I went to pick up my car yesterday and Tanya was a delight to do business

Took my Range Rover in for an exhaust leak and the problem was diagnosed and fixed within a very reasonable time frame. Labor was also a great rate but above all I found this to be the most honest and down to earth car shop (had bad experiences at British 4x4 and Avant werks) overall 10/10 will bring my car back for any future services or repairs needed.

I took my car in for a routine oil change, and they discovered I had a leak in one of my seals and my brake were pads were almost gone! I was driving to Sacramento that day and would not have been good if my brakes failed! I appreciated them taking a look at the overall condition of my car then just changing the oil and sending me on my way! Super service at LT!
