Critical: Professionalism
Naz is very unprofessional. She has no manners when speaking and barely understands what the Customer is saying. Been is very nice. If she wants her business to keep running, she should train Naz to be more professional with her clients. Will not be going back to this salon because of Naz.

I am using this place for quite some time now and like it very much. There are many girls working but Dolly is the best, I always get my eyebrows and waxing done from her, she is very professional and has a very light hand and is very considerate towards customers. She fixed my eyebrows to my satisfaction and would recommend all to use Dolly’s services. Beena has got Dolly as gift to her salon.

Came to this location to do eyebrow threading. The threading was fine, however, before my appointment, the staff asked if I could pick up their food order from a place nearby. Decided to help out and walked over there to pick up their food order and they explained that they had asked for the favor because the restaurant they ordered from didn't have a delivery option. After this, they said they couldn't give a discount or anything because it wasn't their store. It was truly a strange experience, being asked

This used to be my favorite spot for getting my eyebrows threaded. There was a time where there was one girl and the owner working. At that time I regularly had my eyebrows done, with precise detail. They were excellent, & pain free almost! I went recently and there were 3-4 women working. I said wow they've grown, I was expecting great things as usual.
Unfortunately, the service quality has dropped, the girl was super fast, which was great, though a bit more painful, and I checked to make sure everything was done well, and it was egh! Just basic brows! I also had an upper lip wax for

I went for hair laser removal. I did 10 sessions. It is recommended that you go for 8-10 treatments and then once every 6 months to maintain it. It was a waste of my money. Beena herself did mine, and sometimes Elizabeth, who was so rude to me when I complained that I still had hair on my face. She would turn to the side and roll her eyes. I went back to have them do it twice because they missed areas and there's not much lighting in the room. Beena would never use the right number on the hair removal machine I noticed and then when I complained, she said she'll hire it so it'll

Used to come here all the time but there is no consistency in the stylists/threaders. Once you get used to someone they are gone. I do not recommend the laser at all. They shave with a blade to prep and I have more than a few scars from the razor nicks including on my face. After a year of treatments there is no decrease in growth so it was a waste of time And I have scars from the razor cuts. They need to be more careful and consistent. I used to have to remind them what settings to use on the laser. If I didn't they would always use the wrong one and you can tell the difference during application

This review is based on their henna. I was there yesterday with my friend and daughter to get henna. I had gotten henna before and love it.
When we went in they weren't exactly jumping for joy which set off an alarm for me but we proceeded. I sat down for the henna but it was a bit dry so the lady had to fix it.
Once she started I could tell she cut the tip too wide because the lines were starting to get too thick. I wanted to stop here but I proceeded anyway. My hand turned out awful.
My 4year old wanted to get it too and she wanted stars. I thought to myself ok hard could a star be. Well

I come here for eyebrow threading. A few girls have taken care of me. I am satisfied with my eyebrows. I think the last girl could have done a better job. But I was able to trim them to my like.
I also got my underarms waxed. Pain free, very satisfied.
I come here because it's close to my house. And a friend recommended it to me. I will have to ask her for the name of the girl that she regularly goes to.
Overall, I do recommend this place. I'd say just speak up about how you like your eyebrows done.
