Rising Stars Gymnastics Academy (RSGA) has a highly competitive girls USA Junior Olympic team. Our competitive teams are organized according to the guidelines of USA Gymnastics. RSGA competes USA Gymnastics levels 3-10 with ages of competitors ranging from 6-18 years of age.

Rising Stars Gymnastics Academy is one of the top gymnastics facilities in the state of Minnesota, with a distinguished reputation throughout the gymnastics community. Known for its remarkable coaching technique and style, Rising Stars Gymnastics Academy offers quality gymnastics for every level gymnast in a "State of the Art" facility; with a staff that is safety certified and well trained in the field of gymnastics.
Always feel free to visit with your child's coach before or after class about your child's/children's gymnastics development. We appreciate any input you have regarding our classes and facility so please take a moment and fill out a comment card located at the front desk and put it in our Comment Card mailbox located by the entrance.
Our Preschool program is designed to introduce gymnastics in a safe, captivating, and fun environment. We teach basic skills in a positive way to build confidence and encourage little ones to have fun and love gymnastics. Our Progressive program is designed to teach basic fundamentals while safely learning new skills in a non-competitive atmosphere.
Starting Summer 2019, we will be adjusting the length of our Beginner through Master classes. For your convenience, Beginner and Intermediate classes will run for 55 minutes. Advanced and Master classes will run for 70 minutes. Tuition for each class has been adjusted to reflect the difference in time.
This is a competitive program for gymnasts who are currently in our Masters-level or have previous gymnastics training, would like to gain competition experience, and are invited to the program by RSGA Xcel coaches. This program allows gymnasts to gain valuable competitive experience as well as strength, flexibility, and confidence to pursue other activities.

We recently left another local gym and couldn’t be happier with our decision! My daughter is at the tail end of her second session at Rising Stars and I’ve seen more growth and progress than I thought possible. The classes offer the perfect balance between structure and fun and you don’t have to be on the competition team to get individualized attention from the coaches.

My son and daughter love Rising Stars! The coaches are upbeat, encouraging and make learning new skills so much fun! My daughter started as a toddler and it’s been amazing to see the skills she has developed as well as the body confidence and positive can-do attitude that has come from her experience in gymnastics.

Rising Stars is such an amazing gym filled with great people, equipment and support for all of their gymnasts. I was a gymnast there for 13 years and I definitely would not be the person I am today without have growing up there. The teams and the coaches become family. The owners, Pavel and Elena, are so wonderful and work well with parents, staff and gymnasts. And I 10/10 recommend sending your children to Rising Stars.

My daughter is on the level 1 training team and the progress she has made in just 4 months has been so fun to watch. My daughter is always so excited to get to the gym and absolutely loves her coaches. I would recommend Rising Stars to any family looking for a gym to join. Our daughter has been with Rising Stars since around 20 months of age. I can tell you, from the perspective as a Division 1 coach in the NCAA, albeit in softball, that RSGA has done a great job with development and attention to detail in training. In addition, their communication has been superior to many of the youth training organizations that I have worked with in regards to any of my four children. I highly recommend Rising Stars for any and all youth gymnasts in the Twin Cities area.

Mine and my daughters experience at Rising Stars Gymnastics has been phenomenal. The coaches are well rounded and they balance each other out nicely. They provide structure but let the kids also be kids. I have seen such improvement in my daughters skills, abilities and confidence since joining a Training Team. The gym is affordable with their tuition and are always flexible to work with family's to ensure it is a great experience for all. I would highly recommend RSGA to any family looking at getting their kid into gymnastics. My only wish is that they would offer Adult gymnastics.

We love Rising Stars! Clarissa is amazing with all kids- young, old, energetic, timid. She is the first non-family person to gain the trust of my shy 2 year old. She somehow got her to play with exuberance and independence in a public space, which was incredible to see and convinced us to enroll in the toddler class. My daughter has gained motor skills and confidence. Clarissa is also able to channel kids' energy and get them to listen while making it fun. The front desk staff, teachers, and owners make it a friendly and welcoming environment. Several of my coworkers have older girls at this studio
