My new home was recently completed and Innerflow installed the irrigation system. I experienced large areas of dry grass in the newly laid sod and called for service. Kudos to the technician Eric who answered arrived to check on the system. Eric worked very hard to check each sprinkler head and make adjustments to those which were not set correctly. Although the initial installation was not up to par and it resulted in significant loss to the new sod, I was happy with Eric's attention to correct the problems that were not apparent during initial installation.
