Heartfelt thanks and kudos to Wes & Anthony for the fastest, most proficient, professional, and friendly service call: installed/programmed a replacement timer, zone valve & solenoid (diagnosed the problem in blazingly fast time), located a buried reclaim sod box, replaced two sprinkler heads, and tested the system in less than 30 minutes!!! Will be recommending All Phaze and these irrigation specialists to all my neighbors, friends, family and anyone else that’ll listen.

I can't say enough how great this company is! They have been servicing my property since I purchased 2 years ago. Back then most of the sprinkler system did not work. At least 20 different issues that they diagnosed and repaired in just an hour. In addition to helping me learn how to work the controls system! I have RARELY seen service men move so fast and so efficiently. I recommend them every chance I get. They are honest, fast and communication is great. Don't be surprised if you have to wait for appointment because they are busy and well worth the wait!

So disappointing! I had used All Phaze before and was so happy with the work Anthony, Kyle and Chad did for me, I reached out to Bryan (the owner) for another project. I was looking to install a Rid-x tank system to prevent rust stains from my deep well. I connected with Bryan twice with an assurance he would call me back. But he never did. I left a third message with no return call back. WOW! The good news is that I went with John Williams Sprinklers, Inc. Their tech, Eric, did a super job for me, and because of that, I paid them in cash.

I called Brian early in the week to fix our irrigation and Sprinkler problems. He scheduled a time to come to the house about 3 days later. He showed up in the time window he provided and fixed all of the sprinkler problems and broken pipes. Even though it was a small residential job I really appreciated the professionalism and follow up. I highly recommend him.

Fabulous customer service! Left a msg and Brian the owner called back in about 20 min. They day they came I had to leave for an emergency and forgot about the appt. called Brian who was cool and calm and said don't worry they went to lunch. 35 min later I arrived and the sprinkler guys had the system running and had fixed everything! Once they were able to get to the controls in the garage they retested all zones; made some adjustments and voila! My yard was back in business!

What a great experience! Called him out because I had a zone that wouldn't turn off. He came right on time, knew exactly how to fix it and did it quickly. He also changed a sprinkler head, tested all the zones and cleared away the grass covering them. He fixed a wire in the timer and also set the timer. He was very professional and expertly dealt with the issues I had. His price was great also. I will call him (Bryan) again in the future for sure!
