He botched the drainage on my driveway and now won’t fix it. His contract says he uses the bbb for binding arbitration for disputes, so I filed a complaint with them, and now he won’t respond to them. If your looking for a contractor with honesty, integrity, and reliability this is not him. I won’t recommend.

Only did one star because it was the only way I could comment! John poured our 36x42 shop floor 3 3/4 inches off level. He not only refused to replace it, he refused to tear up his mistake. He never apologized, never made any offer to help us out. He said his insurance didn't cover this "type of mistake". His mistake cost us $25,000!
