McCall Homes
We brought back this old-school home feature with new-school style creating a bridge between your family and the rest of the community. We are so excited to be building with McCall Homes in the new Annafeld neighborhood. The floor plans are great, quality is wonderful, standard features are amazing, and the McCall team is outstanding to work with.

Can't wait to move in! The McCalls and their staff have been very professional and helpful in our very unique situation while purchasing our new home. And I do mean home because the entire neighborhood has been very welcoming and we look forward to participating in the many planned events. Jody (the designer) was amazing to work with.
Services
We value people who are self-motivated, creative, critical thinkers, flexible, team players, good communicators, humble, hungry, passionate, and believe in our mission of improving lives through the power of community. With the demand for new, affordable, energy-efficient homes, McCall Homes is steadily growing our team.
Designed aesthetically to look like a southern mansion house, these homes actually consist of two main-level units and two 2nd-floor units. Side-by-side two-level townhomes enter through a shared front vestibule or through their own back doors from the parking area. 1- or 2- bedroom unit over a detached garage can help you pay off your mortgage faster, save hundreds on your personal housing expensing and generate extra income.
Busy, stressful lives make it hard to get together with friends, leaving many people feeling disconnected. That's why we build communities that make it easy to interact with neighbors, so you can have a fulfilling social life right out your front door. Our vision is a community-focused, lifestyle right where you are.
Walk through our floorplans anytime from your smart device or laptop and then see the Annafeld community for yourself. By this point in your research, you've most likely realized how important community means here at McCall Homes. We are proud to maintain loyal relationships with other local businesses and those long-standing relationships benefit our homebuyers as well.
In 1993, Jim McCall left the pool business to become a home builder and developer. After his three children-civic-minded Greg, ever-curious Brad and erudite Carolee-grew up and graduated college, they joined him one by one. After gaining some experience building homes in a growing subdivision on the west end of Billings, MT, the McCalls all felt a driving need to create something meaningful and unique.

We built our very first home with McCall Homes which we were very excited about. We’ve been in our home for six months and all of our flooring is breaking. We’ve reached out multiple times and no one is taking responsibility to come and fix the issue. We seem to get ignored frequently. We’ve also noticed many other defects in our brand new build and it’s disappointing. McCall Homes is disorganized and overwhelmed with the amount of homes their building which for us, led to a poorly built home.

Critical: Responsiveness
Repairs prior to closing, from a bad hail storm in July 2018, have not been completed. It's now 2021 and still our painting and roof repair has not been completed . It's always several weeks between the time you ask a question and a response is given. The response rarely includes the complete answer.

We wouldn’t live in any other neighborhood. You get more than a house when you live here, you get an entire community. Above everything else, we bought our home because of the neighborhood and how great it is for our whole family. The building process was so simply and we felt that we got a good deal as well as great customer service.

We're in our second home in Josephine Crossing. We finished building our second home about a year ago, and recently had our second warranty walk-through.

Our first home was completely fine, but since it was a cottage we grew out of it quickly. The quality of the build never appeared to be an issue. About 3 years in we did have some issues with HVAC and concrete around the house. These were both covered under warranty; in the case of the HVAC it was fixed in a few days free of cost. The concrete took a little longer since it was more involved, but McCall communicated well regarding the

I have lived in this community for nearly 10 years and we love it! We have built two homes here and can hardly imagine living anywhere else except their new neighborhood, Annafeld. We love the great opportunity for community that is afforded here.

Still waiting on warranty repairs to be completed though they started in June and mentioned in January. They have zero communication skills and do not take responsibility for delays. I'm stunned contractors are willing to work with a group so willing to throw them under the bus. I gave them a 2 because they created an incredible community that we love being a part of.. just wish my home looked less Section 8.

This business is very image-conscious, quick to censor posts that they disagree with. Hence, a suspicious lack of low-rated reviews exist. I know several people who have posted concerns to their Facebook page, only to have their posts promptly deleted. With that being said, our experience is that the McCall's will tell you what you want to hear, even if that means making false promises. When promises are not fulfilled, the McCalls are quick to back-track and make excuses, rather than taking responsibility. I could give endless examples!

Josephine Crossing is not the neighborhood for you
