My husband and I remodeled our home in Menlo Park --two bathrooms, the fireplace, the garage, painted a few walls as well as our front door with Payman and his crew. I was impressed by how knowledgeable and resourceful Payman is, not only about the "behind the scene" stuff (pipes, parts, valves, electrical work, you name it) but also about design trends, stones and tiles and all the finishing touches that make a huge difference. He also took time to connect with vendors to ensure we were getting the best price quoted for our materials, he organized a weekly walk through for the project

Payman and his team pretty much re-built our house from the ground up, did an absolutely impeccable job, and if you can believe it finished ahead of the timeline. We recently completed a home remodel with Bay Area Design and Construction and couldn't be happier. Bay Area Design & Construction just completed converting my lower level into an ADU. It was a small project by their standards, but they paid as much attention to my project as they would to a larger one. Payman cares about the details and wants to do the job right. He's also very good at lining up the work, there was barely a day when something wasn't getting done, and we finished two weeks ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend them and would hire them again!

I'm not sure how much more I can add to the reviews that Payman and his team already have but I'll try. My wife and I had heard endless stories about how contractors do a great sell up front and then leave the homeowner with a disaster. I am pretty handy and have a slightly elevated knowledge of construction based on the work I personally needed to do on my home in the past because the electrician and window companies that we used years ago left us with a mess.

It was the second time that we worked with Payman, however; this time our remodel was a major almost to the point of rebuilding our house. Payman has completed a handful of projects on various properties for us, mostly kitchen and bathroom remodels. He and his team do a great job and are easy to work with. Payman is very responsive-answers texts and calls quickly, always on time to meetings and even keel. When problems arise as they do in construction, he stays calm and says “no problem” and it is no problem for the homeowner. Although I haven't had any work done by Bay Area Design and Construction I've had the opportunity to speak to Mr. Payman on the phone and via Email.
Mr. Payman has a new construction/remodel project in Campbell located down the street from me.
Unfortunately, the area of his project has no curbing or driveways which causes people to park blocking the street. Mr. Payman's crew has been great in parking off the street and moving and parking some of his larger construction vehicles so it doesn't impact the neighborhood.

This involved everything from painting, hard-wood/tile flooring to kitchen plus bathroom remodel, etc. The entire project was actually completed slightly ahead of schedule. Four years later, we are more than happy with everything that was done. In fact, we hired them again last month to complete our kitchen backsplash, something we had decided not to do earlier. We contracted Bay Area Design to redo our original 1930s kitchen. They were super punctual and gave us a great quote for the remodel. They didn't try to raise the price just because we are in the Bay Area, like a few other contractors we met. We were told 4 weeks, but they were actually able to complete it in 3 weeks! Our new kitchen is everything we'd ever hoped! The team was friendly, responsive & had no problem incorporating little extras we discussed! I would 100% recommend them for any projects you need completed.

Payman and team did a home remodel for us in Summer 2018. We added a second bedroom, redid the master bathroom, moved several interior walls, and changed the laundry area. From the initial consultation all the way to the finishing touches, we found Payman to be clear, honest, helpful, and organized. 4. Removed a built in microwave above the stove and replaced with a vent hood
