We had a very good tenant for 23 years in this 1bdrm/1bthrm unit at Woodlake. When he moved out, it was time to do a complete renovation. After interviewing 10 different contractors, there were only two really worth trusting with this project. I chose CaliBuilder because they demonstrated a keen eye for the work that needed to be accomplished and took the time to understand what I wanted. They were willing to work with my budget, and even though hidden problems were later discovered which increased the final cost, they were willing to work with us and change the work order with reasonable adjustments

Ramin is tech-forward. Zoom, Virtual Earth, Slack, and Trello are just some of his go-to tools and as a tech person, I appreciate that as it makes my job that much easier.

Ramin is good at checking the drawings to find issues before construction.
Also, he provides a great construction schedule with payments by categories.
Project manager, was very good at communicating and responding you back immediately whatever issues you have.

Subcontractors' quality of work are also very good. especially I was impressed with paint and stone.

We had Calibuilder come in to replace our tile countertop and backsplash as well as fit new sink & cooktop and update our light fixture to recessed lighting. They were one of four quotes we had and they were well-priced. Not the cheapest but based on reviews and research, they seemed the best value for money. And they were. It took a total of four working days to get the job done with fabrication etc. Azeen was a single point of contact for any questions or concerns and she was there everyday to check the quality of the work done by the contractors. They were efficient, clean, very approachable

Calibuilder is helping me with major renovations on a two unit property I recently purchased. I couldn't have asked for better partners on this journey. I'm so glad I worked with Calibuilder to update one of my bathrooms and the floor throughout my condo in Daly City (Southern Hills). I spoke to a dozen different contractors and Ramin stood out from the initial meeting. He approached the project differently from the others, thinking about the best way to get the job done in a timely, quality, cost-efficient manner. We had a project with Calibuilder and couldn't be more satisfied with the result. Ramin went the extra miles to ensure that we are 110% happy. The project was very complicated due to the requirements of the mall. We literally called over 100 contractors in the area but found no one that match our needs.
