Great agent, Tito has covered our home and vehicles for over 10 years. He has personally called to follow-up and ensure our safety when I was in an accident and when we had issues within our home. He’s been my agent for about 15 years and I’ve never talked to him. Was in the office today, because SF messed up and sent paperwork there instead of the office I requested that’s near me, and he wasn’t even there. I got the run-around trying to change my agent and ended up calling the general 800 number and was able to get assistance. If you want an insurance agent who is involved and there when you need him, do not use Tito.
