Helping people live happier, healthier lives has been a life pursuit of Hidden Power Life Coaching & Pilates' Founder, Iryna Pantelyuk. She began as a physical education instructor and then served Chicago Northshore suburban clients as a licensed massage therapist - specializing in Ben Benjamin orthopedic massage and myofascial release techniques.
We find ourselves stressed and fighting with, or alienating, those we love. Striving to obtain the life we think we deserve, we break valued relationships and give up on our dreams. Now we pass through life without feeling passion, or purpose. But it doesn't have to be that way. Pilates is a holistic mind-body workout. By preparing our bodies for physical fitness, emphasizing mental focus on our movements, posture and breath control, we can achieve better health. In essence, we can "inhabit" our own bodies with Pilates training. We will become conscious of our sitting and standing posture as well as how we move while performing everyday activities or exercising.

I've been seeing Iryna for a few years now and can't say enough great things. I have always had trouble gaining strength without injuring myself and working with Iryna has been the first time I've made any significant progress where I wasn't sidelined by an injury. In fact, she has actually helped me through things like dealing with an old whiplash injury and side effects from a hernia surgery. She is patient with me and can always find a way to make me understand the exercises. Shes also helped me understand the mind body connection between whats going on in my life and health and I didn't know
