A lifelong resident of Dinwiddie County, Tommy has been a licensed funeral director since 1997. He is a graduate of Dinwiddie High School and John Tyler Community College. Tommy is active in numerous civic and fraternal organizations, including Ruritan and the Masonic Lodge, and is also a longtime member of Ocran United Methodist Church.
