The empathy along with the sensitive care that the staff presented to me during two different deaths, my mother and then her sister who just died recently showed me that this is a company that is interested in people and making the event smooth and easy for everyone. I would highly recommend using Cremation Options and plan on doing my pre-planning for myself thru this company! I just can't say enough about this company. Top notch!

They made everything so easy. I didn't what to do, it was like having my best friend there with me. I called before he passed away. Jim asked me questions when it was to much we stopped. Then took it up later. When it was time he was so respectful and just let us have time to say our good byes. Thank you so much.

So thankful for these wonderful people during the worse time of my life.Jim,Bobby and Dawn gave me wonderful customer service but with a personal touch.They met all my needs in a very timely manor but with the highest of quality and compassion. I will be forever be grateful for having them during this very hard time.I highly recommend cremation options for all your needs. They are simply the best!

Jim handled this so professionally and really help put myself and my family at ease for the process. He told us every step and all the protocols they went through. He was nice enough to get my moms fingerprints for me and also separate out some of her ashes so I wouldn't have to do it. Most of my family wants to be cremated and I believe he is who we will go through for now on. He made the mourning process a little less sad for us and im forever grateful.

Jim took such good care of us when I called looking for an urn for my sweet aunt. I called last minute not thinking that I may or may not need a appointment and before a holiday weekend. Jim told me to come on an see if he had what I was looking for and even stayed pass closing time and driving 15 minutes out of their way to get the urn I wanted. When I arrived he was so caring and answered every question that I had and never rushed me. He went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. My dad passed away two weeks ago today. He was in home hospice and when the time was near, our nurse recommended Jim and Cremations Options. Jim came to our house and was the most compassionate, professional and efficient person. He walked us through the process and made it so easy to handle and understand, then he took my dad and offered kind words. The whole process was so effortless and comfortable. I couldn't be more happy with the service Jim provided. I honestly will never forget what he did for our family.

My sister passed away unexpectedly. I live in California and with covid I could not fly to Knoxville. Not knowing what to do the hospital recommended Creamation Options.. Dawn and Bobbi truly made the process of making my sisters final arrangements a comforting experience. They are very professional and compassionate.
