Dealt with this man on ebay after he sent me an Omega watch that was listed with a wrong model number. I sent the item back to him and he claimed he would refund me on two separate occasions but failed to do so, then went on to ignore my messages. Ebay had to step in and the whole process is currently taking weeks to sort out while I'm out 1300 dollars and he has the watch.
